Please note: We ship our goldfish via FedEx on Monday
night for Tuesday arrival only. We must have orders in
no later then the prior Thursday.
When FedEx fails with their service and
delivers a day late. However if FedEx try's to deliver and has to
return on a later day and loses occurs due to this our guarantee is
voided. However we will reship for the cost of S & H only and not
charge for the Blackworms. We will handle each claim on an individual
basis. Any delivery refused for any reason is
subject to the invoice amount and any additional FedEx freight cost.
