Aquatic
Foods guarantees live arrival of our Blackworms and Feeder
Goldfish. When FedEx fails with their service and delivers a
day late. However if FedEx attempts to deliver and has to return on a
later day and loses occurs due to this our guarantee is voided. However
we will reship for the cost of S & H only and not charge for the
Blackworms. We will handle each claim on an individual basis. Any
delivery refused for any reason is subject to the invoice amount and any
additional FedEx freight cost.
FS, RES, RDAS and OPF Fees
FedEx
deliveries are subject to their current FUEL SURCHARGE (FS). The
current FS is 19% due to the FedEx fuel surcharge and 01/02/06 freight
increase. Some
deliveries subject to a RESIDENTIAL (RES) fee of $2.10 and OUT OF THE AREA
(RDAS) surcharge $4.20 All orders subject to a 3.95% order processing fee (OPF) |
